Cooking with friends
Tips, tricks and little secrets between friends…
True friends are those who share their favourite recipes and give you a list of all the ingredients, including their secret tricks and the best techniques. That is why our cooking classes are perfect for all those who wish to discover a range of dishes, from traditional family recipes to festive showstoppers, always in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
In the kitchen where we prepare the meal, and around the dinner table, the conversation is always animated as we exchange stories about the habits and customs unique to our different home countries. This particular evening, Marie-Thérèse François-Poncet, our founding president, kindly welcomed us into her home as she does every year…
Whether it be lunches, dinners or pâtisserie lessons, you’ll leave equipped with the essential know-how, so don’t hesitate to take advantage of the last few spots for Monday’s class…
